Over the next few weeks, Harvey kept proving to Cersei that he was serious. 

He took her to the most exclusive restaurant in London. The view was breathtakingly romantic. 

“Sis, come over here,” Harvey called from beside the floor to ceiling windows. 

As she walked over, the sky exploded with brilliant fireworks right before her eyes. 

The dazzling colors were like something from a dream, lighting up her face with delight. 

Only after the final firework faded did Harvey carefully take her hand. Nothing more, just holding it as he led her to their table. 

They went shopping too. He seemed to knew exactly what was missing in her life as he took her to various store. 

At first, Cersei felt awkward, but Harvey had a way with words. 

No matter what outfit or accessory she tried, he offered thoughtful critiques and summed it up with, “It’s not the clothes, it’s ja that you look so dama good in anything.” 

Louis had never put this much effort into dating her. The few times they’d gone out were basically charity events orchestrated by Rache 

Now Harvey was filling that void, and something in Cersei’s heart was quietly shifting 

Later, they went to the beach. 

Harvey had taken three days off work just to vacation with her. 

They stayed in a beachfront villa, watching sunrises and sunsets, the ebb and flow of tides. It was as if every beautiful moment was frozen in time. 

“Want to go in the water?” Harvey asked with a smile. She nodded. 

Since Cersei couldn’t swim, she stayed in the shallows. She splashed and chased Harvey along the shore, feeling carefree for the first time in ages 

But then a sudden wave hit, pulling her off balance. 

As she stumbled, Harvey immediately grabbed her and pulled her against his chest. 

Her face pressed against his solid torso, and her cheeks burning red. Only then did she truly realize that Harvey wasn’t a little boy anymore. 

He was showing her through his actions that he wasn’t her little brother–he was a man pursuing her. 

“You okay, Cersei?” Harvey asked, his lips brushing against her ear. 

The heat of his breath seemed to startle her, and she quickly pushed him away. 

But Harvey just smiled, eyes crinkling with amusement–the little troublemaker had done it on purpose. 

Cersei felt both embarrassed and annoyed. But thankfully, Harvey didn’t push his luck. He behaved himself perfectly for the rest of the da 

When they finished playing and headed to a nearby restaurant for dinner, they unexpectedly ran into Louis and Rachel. 

“Cersei! Finally met you! I’ve missed you so much!” Rachel waved enthusiastically, flashing a sweet smile. 

But Cersei’s relaxed expression tensed. She responded coldly, “What’s up?” 

Seemingly stung by her tone, Rachel pouted and rushed over. She hooked her arm through Cersei’s and swinging it. 

“Cersei, what’s wrong? Are you in a bad mood? Look, My brother doesn’t always know how to talk to girls or make them happy, but that doesn’t mean

you should divorce him.” 

“See, I’ve brought him here to apologize! Come on, just come back with us. Weren’t we supposed to be BFFS forever?” 

Louis jumped in, “Rachel’s right. We’re both here, so what else do you want?” 

Looking at Rachel’s innocent face and hearing her childish tone, Cersei couldn’t help but laugh bitterly. 

In the past, she had never realized how these two used “caring about her” as a cover while repeatedly hurting her. Now they were divorced, yet they still acted like she was being unreasonable. 

Cersei clenched her fists. Every time she thought her heart couldn’t break any further. Something like this would come up, leaving her gasping for breath. 

She turned to Rachel and asked flatly, “Rachel, do you remember when I donated bone marrow to you?” 

Rachel nodded, her smile never faltering. 

“Of course I remember! If it wasn’t for you, I’d be dead! So no matter what happens, I’ll always come find you, Cersei.” 

“What if I said my condition for getting back with Louis is that you two never see each other again?” 

Rachel’s face changed instantly. But before she could respond, Louis rushed forward. 

“What the fuck do you mean, Cersei?”
