Summer blushed. 

“Sigh, I didn’t even say anything yet, and you’re already blushing. Last night must’ve been intense, right?” 

Summer thought of the two intertwined shadows from the night before.

Even Summer felt like her body had become flexible enough to take up ballet. 

Yvette tilted her head, as if recalling something. “But it’s weird. With so many people around last night, and given Havenbrook’s Graham family Bossman’s popularity, why isn’t there a single trending topic about you two today?” 

Hearing that, Summer finally realized that there really was nothing online about last night, like someone had deliberately suppressed the news. 

Not that she was afraid of going public with Fraser. After all, her identity was a bit awkward, and she didn’t want unnecessary trouble. 

But she didn’t overthink it. 

Just then, Yvette’s phone rang.

After hanging up, she grabbed the coffee on the table and downed it in one go. 

But the smooth, sweet taste did nothing to ease the bitterness in her chest. 

Summer watched from the side, a little worried. “Yvette, is there anything I can do to help?” 

Yvette adjusted her emotions and forced a smile. “It’s fine. My mentality is strong. Remember? I started with nothing when I first entered the industry. A little scandal like this won’t take me down.” 

Summer could tell she was just putting on a brave face. “But I’m really worried about you. How about I see if someone can help clear this up?” 

Even as an outsider, Summer knew that Yvette had been trending on entertainment news for days, always in a negative light.
