“I would like that very much.” I gush. 

“Great! You invite who you need. I will make sure everything else is organised.” 

“I don’t mind helping.” 

“It won’t take much planning. As long as we have plenty of food and booze, all will be good.” 

“Yes, that will make everyone happy.” 

I hope his family and friends get on with mine. They are very different people. If Wyatt and I can make a romantic relationship work, I am sure they can‘ all get along with one another for one night. My friends are going to freak out when they see his house. They know he is rich, but their minds will be blown when they see the place. 

“I am excited for everyone to meet.” I beam and clap my hands. 

“I am nervous, but sure it will all go well.” 

“You will be fine. I promise. My friends are great. You won’t have any issues with them.” 

My friends get along with most people. They can be a little wild, which is one of the aspects I love about them, but they know how to behave, too. 

“Maybe we can set up a couple of our friends if they are single.” 

“When did you become cupid?” 

“I want to share the love.” He chuckles. 

I do have two friends who are single. I am sure they wouldn’t mind being set up with Wyatt’s friends. But we will wait and see. We don’t want to force anything. 

I try to fight back a smirk. I know the changes in him are because of me and his love for me. I have brought out his softer, loving side–just two more sides of him for me to love. I love every side of him, good or bad. They all make him the person he is. I wouldn’t change him. 

“We just need to make sure the playroom is locked up. I would rather not have to discuss that in front of your family and our friends.” I laugh. 

Yes, my friends know some things about my relationship with Wyatt, but not in much detail. I know how much privacy means to him and me, too. I wouldn’t like it if he told his friends everything we got up to in private. 

“Yes. I would not like to explain that, especially to my parents.” 

That would be an embarrassing conversation. I am surprised they haven’t worked out the lifestyle he loves, but then again, he is secretive about it. 

“It would be.” I agree. 

We finish our snack and finally settle down for the night. I cuddle into him and bury my face in his neck. 

“Goodnight, beautiful. Sweet dreams. I love you.” 

“Goodnight, handsome. I love you too.” 

Now that he has said it to me, I believe he will tell me any chance he gets. I don’t mind one bit. He has opened his heart, and that is important. I am sure he still has his worries, and he is scared in case I leave like most people have. I won’t. I wouldn’t do that to him, 

He slides his hand under my tee and strokes the small of my back. I close my eyes and soon find myself drifting off. I am happy we fixed things because I wouldn’t have liked another night apart from him. He probably feels the same, I know his nights without me are hard. I get it because it is the same for me, but it must be much harder for him with his nightmares. With me, he doesn’t have them, but alone, he still gets them, even if he won’t admit it to me. He doesn’t need to. I know. 

He kisses the top of my head. I smile, curling in tighter to him. We should both get a peaceful sleep tonight.
