Chapter 147 

“Lucas, I was wrong,” Brian said. “Don’t leave me with Paxton!” 

Brian’s big eyes were filled with tears, looking extremely pitiful. 

Among all the godfathers, Brian was most afraid of Paxton. 

It wasn’t that Paxton treated Brian poorly. It could be said that Paxton was the kindest of all the godfathers. How

Lucas opened his eyes groggily. When he saw Audrey, he called out softly, “Mommy!”

“Good night, sweetheart!” Audrey covered the two brothers with the blanket again before turning off the lights and leaving the 

room 

After returning to her room, Audrey rubbed her eyebrows wearily and went to the bathroom to take a shower. 

All her experiments had failed. So far, only one method was feasible. 

At the thought of this, Audrey’s eyes turned even colder. 

After finishing her shower, she came out of the bathroom and saw a message from Dylan that had been sent a few hours earlier. 

Audrey took a glance, turned off her phone, and went to bed. 

The next morning, the two brothers woke up early.

Brian went with Lucas to the backyard to exercise for a while. It was not until Wendy called them to have breakfast that they entered the house.

Lucas snorted coldly, thinking, Tm not interested in the stuff this man gives.
