As I sat in my office, it was hard to believe that my pups were turning eighteen today. 

Eighteen years ago, I nearly ruined everything with my beautiful Camilla. 

Thankfully, she gave me a second chance and accepted me back as her mate, making me the happiest man alive. 

Even now, every time we touch, the sparks between us still send shivers down my spine. 

Just thinking about her is enough to stir something in me. 

Maybe I should head back to bed and enjoy some time with my sexy mate. 

I sensed someone approaching my office. 

The closer they got, the more certain I was-it was Skyla.

Before she could even knock, I called out, “Come in.”

“Daddy, does the offer still stand for me to go to the Alpha King’s pack and train the she-wolves 

there, since they know I’m the strongest female wolf in the world?” 

“What made you change your mind, Princess?” I asked. 

With a soft smile, she replied, “Please don’t get mad, Daddy, but I’m actually relieved it happened. Cassian rejected me, and I just don’t want to be around him at school anymore.” 

Even though anger simmered inside me, I kept my composure. I didn’t want Skyla to see how furious I really was. 

I assured her that the Alpha King and his pack would be thrilled she had accepted the offer. I also told her I’d make the necessary arrangements for her to receive her diploma early and leave Monday morning.
