Miranda and I were only helping each other out because we were classmates and she was a girl. I helped her a few times.

Trevor sighed and gazed wistfully at the horizon in the distance. 

But he didn’t know why it ended up like this in the end. 

Ronald smiled and shook his head, “Senior brother, are you clueless or pretending to be ignorant?” 

“You and your junior sister have long forgotten the boundaries between men and women. You 

share every detail of your life every day and have meals alone together. Isn’t that something only boyfriends and girlfriends can do?” 

His words were like a thunderbolt, instantly causing Trevor’s eyes to see stars. 

His eyes flickered as he tried to find an excuse to explain, but when he opened his mouth, he 

couldn’t say anything. 

Ronald did not speak again, but quietly left after finishing his meal. 

They were roommates when he and Trevor were in college, and they witnessed firsthand his 

journey from meeting Jocelynn to falling in love and to the present.

Even a year ago, Trevor said that he would get married once Jocelynn graduated.

turning from a small boat into a giant ship and slowly fading away. 

During graduation season, and breakup season, Trevor and Jocelynn ultimately did not escape

What are all those things? The caring inquiries, the gifts bought while queuing, the breakfasts 

delivered early in the morning….
